Release Date Announced
The VF Commodore is due for release in 2013-2014 and it is a re-skin of the VE Commodore. This was announced on the front cover of Wheels Magazine.
Release Date
According to recent reports, Holden's Adelaide assembly plant will be shut down for about 13 days over July and August, which is presumably to move their production over from the VE to the VF Commodore.
If this is the case, the VF Commodore should be available to order closer to the end of the year. If the changeover happens later than July-August, the Holden VF Commodore may not be available until early 2011.
VF Commodore Release Date
Although the VF Commodore Release Date is currently unannounced, it's widely speculated that it will be available to the public near the end of 2010, or, at latest, the first few months of 2011.
The VE Commodore was released in July of 2006, which was only about two years after the release of the VZ Commodore in August 2004. Due to the short period of time between those releases, we can't go off that time difference as if we did, we would expect the VF Commodore some time in mid 2008!
